Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Within Australia
- Standard shipping rates apply at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Free shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping on all international orders over $150 AUD.
- Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
